The Quebec Ultimate 4 on 4 Championship is held at the end of the season in April. Since 2011, the top 16 teams of the Ranking are invited.

In April 2012, Quebec 4 on 4 Ultimate Championship will be held for Division AAA (top 16), Division AA (17-32) and Junior Division (8 teams).
To participate, players must be member of an association part of FQU.
The 4 on 4 Quebec Ultimate Circuit (CQU4)
In recent years, several Quebec Summer teams added B teams to their program:
